* IWWG and IRACE members will receive 15% discount from the regular registration fees. Please indicate your Membership during registration to get the advantage of discounted registration fees.
** Participants applying under “Students” category must provide a copy of their student card or an official letter from the department head of their universities or learning institutions indicating their full-time student status. You can e-mail to the Conference Secretariat via email (info@eurasiasymposium.com), please name the title of e-mail as “Proof of student status” plus your Registration Number.
Financial Support
A partial support for accomodation may be possible for the applications by early career scientists (35 years of age or younger) from “low or middle income countries” to attend the symposium. The applicant must submit at least one abstract and must be registered and make the payment for the registration fee to the symposium. A short curriculum vitae and an Application Form for Financial Support are required. Applicants must send their application form and CV to info@eurasiasymposium.com. Please remember that the registration fee cannot be waived in any case.
